  • All our nightly prices include air conditioning, WiFi, electricity, gas, beach towels, bath towels and linen
  • Please note the pools are not available November to March, unless by prior arrangement
  • We have an English speaking manager in Dalyan who looks after the villa and can assist with anything whilst you are there
  • To secure your booking we require a non refundable 25% deposit with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival
  • We can arrange airport transfers (payable by you locally)
  • The pool is cleaned and maintained on a daily basis
  • A £250 damage deposit is required a week before you arrive
  • Additional fee for guests number 8&9 £5pppn
  • Additional fee for Heated Pool £30 Per Night

Pool and Garden

The garden has spacious lawn areas for kids to play and a several lemon, orange and pomegranate trees.

There is an outside bar area, ideal for daytime and evening drinks and snacks fitted out with a sink and fridge-freezer.

The 50sqm main pool and 10sqm kids pool can be heated between October and May.

Living Areas

Two sets of doors lead out to a large, shaded terrace with outdoor seating and dining areas, perfect for alfresco dining in the wonderful Dalyan climate.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with quartz work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, water cooler and all kitchen utensils.
